About us

Sound Space Studios is Cardiff’s newest and most central rehearsal facility. We are located just minutes from the city centre.

Sound Space Studios consists of two rehearsal rooms, each having been custom designed to optimise the clarity of sound during your rehearsals.

Our facility is owned and run by musicians and as such we know what is important to our clients. At sound space studios you will experience excellent customer service in a relaxed and professional atmosphere. It is our aim to make your rehearsal sessions as enjoyable and constructive as possible.

New rehearsal room and recording facilities!

There’s a lot going on at Sound Space, we have now completed our third rehearsal room, this will ease congestion and help guarantee you the slot you want, something other rehearsal studios struggle with!

In addition to this we are working to install a full recording studio, not only will we be able to record your live rehearsals but we will have full facilities to record and engineer your demo, ep or album!

Our recording facilities will also be available for hire by engineers and producers. More updates soon!!

Here at Sound Space Studios it has been an amazing first 6 months and with so many bands through our doors we are delighted to announce that we will soon be opening a third rehearsal room to cope with the demand! Work is expected to begin in the next few weeks. Stay tuned for more info!

Rehearsal Studios in Cardiff book with us in March 2010!!!

February was a busy month for us at Sound Space and March is shaping up well with plenty of bands taking us up on our special offer (see main page or previous posts). Looking forward to the future we bring you the latest developments at Cardiff’s newest rehearsal studio:

NEW EQUIPMENT

This month we will begin the installation of our recording studio equipment and new PA system for Studio 1. Bands will soon be able to record demos and live practices with us.

MONTHLY RESIDENCIES

We have also had a great deal of interest in monthly residencies and will soon be announcing a set of options for bands wishing to take up monthly residences costing as little as £80 per month. Stay tuned for more!
